FAQ

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. All artworks can be shipped internationally.

How are the paintings shipped?

Original artworks are shipped rolled (canvas only) for safe, efficient, and secure international delivery through DHL Express. This is the recommended method for large-scale pieces.

If you prefer the artwork stretched and framed, contact us and we will provide a custom shipping quote.

How long does international delivery take?

Most international orders arrive within 5–15 business days after dispatch.

Can you ship directly to Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, or other luxury markets?

Yes. We regularly ship to collectors in the Middle East and worldwide through DHL.

Are all artworks original?

Yes. Each painting is a one-of-a-kind original created in Vero’s private atelier in Argentina.

Do you include a Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes. Every original piece includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

Do you accept commissions or custom works?

Yes. You can request custom sizes, custom color palettes, or bespoke pieces through the Custom Works page.

Can I reserve a painting?

Yes. We can hold a piece for 24 hours while you finalize your purchase.

What happens if the artwork arrives damaged?

Although our packaging is secure and professional, if something occurs during shipping, please contact us immediately and we will assist you.

Can I request additional photos or videos before buying?

Of course. You may request close-ups, detail shots, or scale references to help visualize the artwork in your space.

Do you offer framing?

Framing is available upon request. For international buyers, shipping the artwork rolled is the safest and most cost-effective method, but framed delivery is possible with a custom quote.
